Castle’s trainer, Kristin, was just as awesome. She really understood him and worked with his personality in such a thoughtful way. Before training, walks were stressful and fetch (his favorite thing ever) was a bit chaotic. Now, he’s so much more calm, focused, and just overall better behaved. It’s been such a huge improvement, and we’re so grateful.

“Everyone was incredibly friendly, from the girls up front to Brooke, who was so kind, patient, and caring in the room, making sure nothing from our Goldendoodle's history was missed. Then we met Dr. Adri, and she was absolutely spectacular. She talked to our puppy and us as if she had known her forever, treating her like a little girl and explaining everything in such great detail to help make her visit more comfortable.

“We boarded our Golden for a week and he did great! I was very nervous because of his age (10) and the fact that he’s never been boarded. I went to pick him up and he wasn’t overly excited to see me, which actually made me kind of happy. He was excited, but not overly excited, so he must’ve liked it. The staff was very accessible during the week, which was everything. I can’t say enough good things about them.“
