Very knowledgeable vets. My cat, Gus, is an anxious little guy and has always been stressed when going to the vet. They take extra care trying to make him as comfortable as possible
This is a new post as of 8/7/26! I have always liked Kind Care for my 2 cats! The doctors are amazing. We had to have our male cat put to sleep a while ago! The process was definitely sad, but everyone was kind and helpful! Just recently my female cat started having some problems! Again the doctors were wonderful, especially Dr. Adri Casagrande - so very kind and helpful! But going thru the same process with my female cat was very different. I am very grateful and blessed to have Kind Care Animal Hospital. During such a difficult time the staff went above and beyond to provide comfort and compassion. Dr. Adri Casagrande knew exactly what to say, was very respectful, supportive, and comforting. They even provided a beautiful paw print ornament, I wasn’t expecting. When I went to pick her up, the lady at the desk (I apologize I can’t recall your name), made the effort to walk around and hand her to me displaying such respect for my loss. Everyone was incredibly friendly, from the girls up front to Brooke, who was so kind, patient, and caring in the room, making sure nothing from our Goldendoodle's history was missed. Then we met Dr. Adri, and she was absolutely spectacular. She talked to our puppy and us as if she had known her forever, treating her like a little girl and explaining everything in such great detail to help make her visit more comfortable.
Neither Dr. Adri nor Brooke ever once seemed rushed. You can genuinely tell they both love what they do and truly care about taking care of our fur babies. We are so thankful to have found such an amazing veterinary office!
