This company came out to replace a manufacturing defective shower pan (this home is a new build). They covered everything in the bcohroom and and covered where they walk with paper. Installed the pan quickly and thoroughly cleaned up after.Service: Shower installation

Company installed all plumbing on my new construction home in 2020. When I called due to a leak behind my wall in my master shower, they would not even come out to do a service call because they only do new construction according to their office staff. I was not expecting warranty work, just a repair. Not to mention there are several cracks in the shower insert walls at this point. I am the only one who showers in there and it is not link I am getting wild in the shower to cause these issues. Low quality materials and work are what have led to this. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Beware if your builder uses this company.

Do not use. Rude. The company came out to house to see what needed to be done. Argued at first but admitted the water heater needed a condensate line. He told me he was going to go get parts. He returns 6+ hours later. I expressed my displeasure of lack of communication and he told me I should have left. Jeffrey was the technician. Horrible service.
