We had an issue with our pool. We called after hours and within 10 minutes BJ returned our call. He was able to come out the next day which was a Saturday. He figured out the problem, returned with the part needed and fixed our issue all within that same day and just a few hours.\\nWe cannot say thank you enough to BJ for all his help and we can now enjoy all of our company that is here for vacation. We plan on using Grand Strand and BJ for all our future pool issues.\\nKeith and Lisa Gottlieb

Being a Board member of our HOA complex, we have been totally disappointed with the services we had received and monies paid for said services, that were not rendered by our previously contracted pool service company. BJ came highly recommended to us and after meeting with him and reviewing our pool, spa, pump rooms and chemical room, we were impressed with his knowledge of the water amenities at our complex. Not only did he point out our inadequacies left from our old pool company, but told and showed us what needed to be preformed to bring our amenities back up to the high standards we feel they should be at. There are 2 words that are the most important attributes when it comes to finding a professional servicemen. Honesty and Integrity. I was lucky enough to find both of these qualities in BJ at Grand Strand Pool Services. Hands down he is my go to from now on!!!
