Well what can I say about this company. Let me see are they perfect no do they want to please their customers yes. I moved to Conway S.C. in 2016 it was a dream come true. I met with five builders and their reps and Flagship was by far the better of the five. I will tell you building a home Is a big pain in the -------. I wanted things a certain way and Stan Hal JERRY Sally and Kim were very patient with me while I was detailing what I wanted. Flagship has to deal with a a lot of issues that as home owners we simply do not see, at the same time they are trying to meet your needs. When I work for them I wrote great company!! But I was fired when I ended up with a lot of health problems ( I was put on steroids gained a lot of weight had Kidney stones and some from of arthritis that the doctors couldn’t figure out what was going on and I was terminated for missing days and I wasn’t performing well at my job !! At first I was really bitter and begged for my job back then I asked if they would at least let me get unemployment ( Stan ) was not having any of that !!! We had a house built by Flagship and from what we see, the quality of their work is much better than most track home builders. We built-in 2018 and had no issues with our home. Sadly we sold it because it was larger than what we needed and moved to condo living. I wish they built garden-style condo homes.
