The nursing staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and reliable, listening to patients' needs and concerns while helping them through the recovery process. The therapy services are also highly beneficial, pushing patients just beyond their limits to aid in rehabilitation and strengthen their bodies. The staff is friendly, helpful, and supportive, going above and beyond to assist with complex situations, such as out-of-state transfers. Patients appreciate the consistent care from the same workers, fostering strong relationships that enhance the healing process. Overall, CenterWell Home Health receives high praise for its excellent care and dedication to its clients' well-being, making the recovery journey easier and more comfortable.
Very caring staff with true commitment to my recovery. Evelyn and Taylor were absolutely great and treated me expertly. I had really severe right leg surgery and their care, plan and treatment were spot on. I recommend this group and doubt you will be disappointed! It may be one of the best calls you make.
All of the staff were very helpful and kind. There were many days that I felt so sick and they showed empathy snd compassion to me. I can’t remember everyone’s name but Andi was so good at her job. She really knows PT. My time with Centerwell has been positive.
Everyone was just wonderful they treated me with great respect and truly new how to get me moving and grooving on my way back to having my good energy. If I could give any advice at all I would recommend a little bit more time in between their patients sometimes we would be doing something so wonderful and then you it was time that they had to leave to get to the next patient which I understand and it was fine with me I just felt bad for them because they were then rushing to get to another place. I truly enjoyed my experience with your staff they like I said did a fabulous job
