I had Haroum as my driver last week for surgery in Charleston. He arrived promptly at 6 am took me to Charleston VA, waited during my surgery and recovery and took me back to Conway.
I have another procedure tomorrow in Charleston and I am happy to have the same driver again. Haroum was a perfect driver ( I don’t trust the driving of most people) and a very nice man… looking forward to the trip tomorrow!
I'm so thankful for the assistance Comfort Keepers did for me today with my surgery. Carol who took me was wonderful. Great personality and very sweet. I was very nervous about the surgery and she made me feel very comfortable. Really helped with asking questions for me when I was recovering/ waking up. I'll definitely will be using them in the future and hopefully can request Carol again. Thank you so much.
We used Comfort Keepers along with hospice care for my brother Mike who passed away from brain tumors at age 66. It was a great experience, many lovely, caring helpers and were able to adjust the schedule as my brother's needs increased (needing overnight caregiving towards the end). Gave us peace of mind as I was out of the country for most of his illness and our elderly mother was not able to provide his caregiving on her own. They will coordinate hours with you and be flexible which we really needed as with a terminal illness, well, no one can predict the future.
