We have American Home Shield who set us up with a contractor that didn't respond for a week and a half. I called American Comfort who we used last year. Great company! Within a half hour Paul called back. Kinsey came out and in 1 hour the problem was diagnosed and fixed. They are knowledgeable and always quick to help.
My home warranty company assigned American comfort to my service request. They said they would be here between 3pm and 7pm, they came at 5pm, the service was really quick, they found the problem and repaired it. What a great team, very professional. I would recommend them 100 percent.
