I know this is a long review, but please read, I’m giving some good details here! Got to our condo for Fourth of July weekend and surprise surprise, there’s no cold air coming out of our split HVAC. We waited it out for two days and then said nope, gotta do something about this. July 2 around dinner time we were referred over to CTC by one of our neighbors who couldn’t speak highly enough of their service and their technicians. We made the call, they put us on with a tech who, at no charge, trouble-shot over the phone to see if there was anything we could do ourselves.
