“When I hobbled into Harbor Wellness a few months ago, I was extremely skeptical and anxious about any supposed risks but also desperate enough to try anything. My mind was immediately put at ease by the wonderful staff and doctors within their practice, as well as the phenomenal results and pain relief I experienced after even just my first few visits. Any time I had questions or concerns I was able to text the office number and receive a response almost immediately after. I love my interactions with their office manager, Lauren, who always greets me by name with a smiling face and is incredibly helpful and kind. Dr. Riley did my initial exam (as well as going over some of my results with me) and has consistently been extremely respectful and a wonderful person to talk to. Dr. Varya went over my first exam results and spent an extended amount of time answering each and every one of my questions, explaining everything in simple terms that made it easy for me to understand. She explained everything in a way that was extremely reassuring and not at all anxiety inducing, regardless of how big or small the issues were. She has also done most of my adjustments and has made a monumental difference in my overall pain and mobility levels. Dr. Kaitlyn has done a number of my adjustments as well and is extremely intelligent and informative, while also being very real, relatable and understanding. Everyone I have had the pleasure of working with in any capacity at this office has been more than wonderful and they are the reason I am more than happy to come back every week. You will never feel rushed through an appointment, you won't feel disheartened or confused and you will genuinely feel comfortable and understood at Harbor Wellness (not to mention the fact that I can stand up from a seated position again without nearly toppling over... that's also a major plus, lol). I can't recommend them enough. :)“

“Everyone, if you have an issue, please see Dr Lindstrom and his staff. Not only do they provide top line service, but they are a kind and caring group. You are not cattle in a revolving door. You are treated as a person seeking help by a staff that truly cares.
My issue ended up being osteoarthritis and bone on bone hip joint. I was in extreme pain and walking with a cane. Proceeding carefully, Dr Lindstrom has me walking without cane, without limping but most important not in pain.
Knowing that surgery is in my future for sure, my quality of life has improved 100%. I have gone from tears and worried how the holidays would be too excited to cook Thanksgiving dinner and decorate my tree!

“I can’t say enough about Dr. Rak and his skill set, the guy is a miracle worker. I’ve been going to him for over two years now and when I first started, I had chronic back and neck pain; my initial x-rays looked like I had been in a car wreck.
Today Im virtually pain free day to day , with the occasional flareup caused by me lifting something to heavy, but once I get into see him, the problem is fixed that day.
