I love Harbor Wellness! I have been going here for a year and I have never felt better! The staff is amazing and friendly and I couldn’t ask for a better experience! I had problems with my neck and it felt better in just 2 visits! I would 100% recommend this place if you’re having any muscle, neck, and other pains. I had hurt my neck going down a water slide at my friend’s house Sunday evening, and was unable to move normally. My mom had made me an appointment at Harbor wellness because she and my sister have had a wonderful experience there, and we wanted to see if they could alleviate any of my pain. I went in a day after I hurt my neck, and got a full rundown of what was wrong and an adjustment for my back and neck which immediately helped with some of my pain. I’ve been back twice since then and the difference in the way my neck feels is day and night. I’m leaving for college in a few days and don’t think I would feel this much better without them!! I definitely recommend!
