I have been working with Dr. Karpinsky for around a decade now. Dr. Karpinsky’s knowledge of the human body and how each muscle, ligament, tendon, etc., work both independently and together is second to none. Dr. Karpinsky throughly listens to and evaluates the issues that one is having. He provides ART (active release technique) to the affected area and provides helpful information for preventive exercices to do at home. I made an appointment for knee pain. When I saw Dr. Kukes, the pain had mostly subsided, but after examining we found my hamstring and calf were both very tight. Dr. Kukes worked through that entire leg and showed me exercises/movements I can practice to help correct the muscles used when I run (which will help alleviate tightness). SUPER helpful appointment and I left feeling much looser. First time using ART and will definitely be back.
