“9/19/25: The same day we filed a home warranty claim with Old Republic, Justin Kelly called to make a convenient appointment to inspect our faulty air handler in our attic. Within a few days he arrived, diagnosed the problem, conferred with our warranty company, ordered the repair kit, and returned to fix it. Our only charge was the warranty plan’s service charge of $110. Justin charged the balance for his time and parts to our warranty company. Justin Kelly was polite, personable, and an overall nice man. He also took the time to explain that home warranty companies typically want the HVAC unit repaired versus replacing. If we ever need a totally new HVAC system, we believe that we could trust Justin to recommend a reliable manufacturer and install everything at a “reasonable” price.
