I am a Community Manager in the Myrtle Beach area and use Sean and his amazing team at Inside Out Property Solutions regularly. I do not have enough great things to say about them. They are extremely responsive at all times, especially in the case of an emergency. They are extremely qualified for every repair I have ever needed help with. They are always willing to help for every work order request no matter how large or small. Sean often stops what he is doing to help in cases of an emergency. I would highly recommend Inside Out Property Solutions to anyone needing any work done on their home. The contractor/owner Sean and his team were awesome to work with! They were professional, efficient, detailed oriented, and helped us through a difficult situation. On our way to vacation a few months ago we received a call letting us know that we had extensive water damage in our condo. Sean and his team were already performing the remediation stage when we arrived. They were able to get us set up temporarily so we could actually function through the week. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sean and his crew. We needed a new shower unit installed and they were the best. Super happy with the job they did and the pricing. They were extremely friendly and professional, always on time, great communication and got the job finished quickly. They will most definitely be my go-to company whenever I need any repairs done around the house. Will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs work done. So glad I found them!!
