“I needed a m.2 standoff screw that i lost from my old pc parts after spending over 200 dollars on some nice ram and and m.2 ssd at Best Buy. I went back to Best Buy and asked if they could get me a screw from their defect pcs that get thrown away. This screw is smaller than my pinky nail and not even a product Best Buy sells (unless you consider the ones that come in the overpriced prebuilts they sell) They told me theyv could not get one for me because it is a corporate policy. Seriously?

I went to That Computer Store and was greeted by 3 happy workers. Me and one of the guys walk maybe 25 feet to the counter, he pulls out a whole bag of m.2 standoff screws. Sells me one for $3.00 after making sure the screw fits the standoff. I was privately very frustrated with Best Buy still but this guy made me feel so much better about the whole situation. That is how you do business.
