This technical support was the best, fabulous! They went beyond the Call of duty to serve me. unless then 3 hours they discovered it was a hardware drive. It took Lenovo week to find out and to accept my words as fact. I told Lenovo it was a hardware problem! I wanted a full refund on this brand new computer. I had it for one month. Lenovo you can have your raggly product back. And I'll never ever buy another one Your customer service is horrible. Hooray and has off, to office Depot in Lexington South Carolina! Thank you Cindy! Twice I have had terrible customer service from the Woman that works Print services during the day. Will not even acknowledge you when you are literally the only person there. Finally fed up today I asked "What is going on? Her relief and her were 5 feet away. I wrote a review months ago, same issue. You'd think manager or DM would read these things. How much effort does it take to acknowledge the customer and actually do your job. Her reply "I am off the clock" Sitting behind the counter in uniform. They need customer service training
