“Pollock Company is hands down the best IT company we’ve ever worked with!
After going through four other IT providers, we finally found Pollock Company — and they have been an absolute game changer. Their service department is outstanding. Anytime we have an issue, we call in and they resolve it quickly, often immediately. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable (especially Kyle!) and always professional, friendly, and easy to work with.
If a situation requires someone on-site, they don’t hesitate — they’re prompt and efficient every single time. Even upper management takes the time to stop by our office, check in, and lend a hand if needed. Their customer service is truly second to none, and it’s clear that they operate with a family-oriented, customer-first approach.
