Great experience! Mrs Cheryl was nice and very helpful and pleasant to work. There was a mix-up with my chair color order but she resolved my issue with providing chair covers at no extra cost. I would recommend them for your event rental items(tables,chairs,etc.)

She always seems very patient with me, no attitude and Will take the time to help me find one I may like if they don’t have some of the ones that I would prefer. Fairly new to Lancaster. I was shaving my head and beard myself. Tried several shops in the area. These guys are very family friendly and professional. Shout out to Jaguar. Great with them clippers. Superior atmosphere! Clean, no profanity they stick to their appointment times. Finally found my preferred shop.

So i came in and saw Rachel yesterday. I was looking to get a perm. I told her I was looking for a very tight curl. She ended up using Blue & Yellow rods. The wrap was really good. The whole process from start to finish was really good. I will definitely be back soon. This salon is a hidden gem. The other girls do really good job as well.

This is where my family has always went. My husband and I have been totegether over 29 years. This is where he always went way before we met. Great prices, also! These were done June 2023 if I remember right. We don't take pictures getting our hair done. We made an extreme change. They were taken to send to my husband working out-of-state. I only have an after picture of our youngest son. His hair was almost all the way down his back. She kept taking a little length off once it was so short until it was where he wanted it. Like she said, I can take it off, but I can't put it back.

Jamie came out just a few hours later to perform the diagnostic. We reviewed and approved the quote Monday evening, and John called the very next day to get us scheduled. Hunter and Brian came out to complete the repair and did a great job.
Hopefully we don’t need HVAC service again anytime soon, but it feels good knowing we now have a go-to company we can trust.

Drop-off was easy and phone call was received in time period I was told they would let me know how the procedure went. I met with Dr. Hill at the end of the day for going over the procedure and how it went. Check-out was speedy and very pleased.
I had to find a veterinarian to euthanize my cat who was going through neurological issues severely impacting her quality of life. Faulkner took us in the day I called. They provided a room where my wife and I could spend time saying goodbye to our precious and loved cat. They told us how they would perform the procedure and asked if we wanted to be there. We stayed through the procedure and they allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. They allowed us to take care of payment in the room and not have to return to the main lobby. They also allowed us to leave through a back exit again preventing us to have to walk through the lobby with our year drenched eyes. They were very companionate and I'd highly recommend them should you find yourself in a situation like this.
