So I scheduled an appointment with Jeff, and I just gotta say Jeff really knows his stuff gave me lots of tips and pointers to control my hair better. Not only that but gave me an amazing new look. “So i came in and saw Rachel yesterday. I was looking to get a perm. I told her I was looking for a very tight curl. She ended up using Blue & Yellow rods. The wrap was really good.
