Carter Quality Plumbing replaced my entire exterior water line from the meter to the house. Billy Hinson was the lead worker and showed that he was a stellar employee. He was courteous and polite and kept me informed of the process all along the way. He and his helper worked extremely hard in 95 degree heat plus dealing with the terrain of my lot at Tega Cay. He figured out how to bore underneath my steep driveway instead of having to cut through the concrete. From start to finish, great work. Thank you.
