I have had Tom and his team (Derek) do multiple projects around my house and my kids homes. Not only are they always prompt, friendly and effective but they're highly conscientious in the job that they do. Ensuring that everything is neatly done and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend.
WOW! Scheduling was easy, with one phone call…I could’ve scheduled online, but I’m old-school. I received text messages (I’m not THAT old-school) confirming the appointment and another when they were on their way. They arrived right on time, assessed the seven different appliances I needed installed, verified the parts needed, and provided me a detailed breakdown of all costs including total. Then they got straight to work, going strong for most of the day, with a short break to grab lunch & another part they needed.
