What a great company! After Hurricane Ian, I called TriCo and I expected to have to wait for an appointment - not so! "Rusty" took the call and then he came to our home today (even arriving early) which was great! His inspection was excellent and he is obviously very knowledgeable and professional. I trust him and his advice! I know that I called the right company and got the best person!

I can not praise JJ Outten and his team enough. Starting with the inspection and quote to the final product I had a very positive experience. I was very pleased that my roof install had an on-site supervisor, Mike, who was very professional and transparent with the entire process. The crew that installed the roof was top notch. I was pleasantly surprised at the crew’s attention to detail. Even when we ran into a problem, it was quickly identified, options presented and a quick solution was reached with my approval.
