During one of our last high wind events, I lost one shingle above the second story of my house. I called several companies, but they were all too busy to deal with one shingle. When I called Powell Roofing, they asked me to take a picture and send the information to them. Soon after, they called and said they would have someone come out and fix it. When I asked for the price they would charge, they said there would be no charge, that they wanted me to be a happy customer now and in the future. I am that happy customer and will call on them for all future repairs on my roof. I highly recommend them.

James came by and quickly identified the roof damage that was causing a leak. He was also able to determine that the roof damage was a result of some previous siding work we had done. We were able to communicate this info with the previous group to have them fix it.
