“I had the pleasure of using Primp Your Pup Grooming today for my fearful rescue Winnie, age 2. Christine did a fantastic job and put Winnie at ease as well as texting me midway to let me know Winnie was doing great. The grooming was beautifully done and we’ll be using her as our regular groomer here on in.“

They have always shown all of my animals love and patience. And have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. “We always go here after our monthly vet visit. Items are well stocked and they offer good rewards if you join as a member. We’ve used their dog washing stations in the back. The washing stations were clean 2/3 times. One time the floor was evidently dirty when we walked in there.“

“I liked that they asked detailed questions before starting the grooming session. Things like shampoo sensitivity and preferred haircut length usually get ignored elsewhere. My schnauzer came back looking neat and clean without losing that breed-specific style that many groomers struggle to maintain properly.“

“I needed to get some flea meds for our cats and found this place close by. I think this place is fairly new and it had quite an array of selections for all sorts of pets.
They had a professional bathing section and an aisle of cute bunnies and rabbits. The lady that helped me was very informative and knew her stuff. She got me signed up for their rewards and told me about some holiday deals. I do think their prices are a bit steep, especially for cat snacks and the flea meds I’ve seen on Amazon for cheaper but I get it. I really did like their variety of cat snacks and toys so I grabbed a couple of those items as well. Nice people, nice pet store.“

“I cannot rave enough about Jayna. She grooms my baby Miss Kitty. Miss Kitty is so sassy with me but she purrs when Jayna shaves her. If you love your fur baby as I do, this is the grooming company for you! Oh did I mention that she drove to my home and groomed Miss Kitty parked right in front of my house. “I came in with my pomeranian mix to get his wash, nails done, trim, etc. I wanted 1 inch cut off of my dog's hair, keeping his current natural style, which is long and flowy. She cut off way more than an inch. She also changed the style to short and choppy. His mane under his head is still beautiful tho because she hardly touched it, just tidying it a little. She also cut the curls behind his ears which I specifically asked her not to do. I also asked her to get the 2 small mats under his ears and she did not, leaving them for me. So, I'm not a pleased former client. See photos attached.“
