Pet Supermarket

I have come to expect very little (if any) help or useful information from typical pet store employees…NOT the case @Pet Supermarket. I’ve never been to a pet store with nicer staff. They were all friendly and helpful and if they didn’t know something about something specific, they would make sure to point me in the direction of someone who would. The store-front is deceivingly small, but, inside, they have more than meets the eye. I have passed it by so many times. Now, I don’t want to go anywhere else! Happy y’all are here!

I come to this store bc of Sarah! She is a wonderful manager, she always greets everyone who comes in and she is right there with any questions, or any kind of help. She is personable and dedicated to her job! I always look forward to seeing her, she knows me and both my 2 dogs by name, Aurora and Scarlett, we call her Aunt Sarah bc my girls LOVE her! I come in for dog washes all the time and she always makes it convenient for me bc I wash 1 dog, go home to get my other dog and she makes sure I have everything I need each time, Sarah is awesome!!!

My dog and I absolutely love coming here! Meredith is truly amazing. She’s always so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She deserves a special shoutout because she was the only one working on the floor, yet she somehow managed to assist customers in the back, answer everyone’s questions, and handle checkout! Unacceptable but also, SHES A ROCKSTAR! Her work ethic and positive attitude are exceptional. She truly goes above and beyond, and she absolutely deserves a raise!
