The two technicians, one of whom was named Austin (I didn't catch the other technician's name), were timely, professional, and very friendly. They took extra care coming in and out of our home because we have a cat that likes to sneak outside, which we really appreciated. They were thorough in their inspection, explained everything clearly, and we received a detailed estimate within an hour after they left. Overall, we had a very positive experience with their service.
Always courteous. I use Kay for everything. Matt was outstanding as always. He is always helpful. Thank you Sharon👍
Kay Plumbing has been great from the ladies in the office to each tech that’s been out. Plus the gold subscription plan they offer is definitely worth it. Was hesitant to get it but glad I did for days like today, the unexpected repair costs.
