“I originally called to have them clean my gutters, but then I called ask for a quote to clean the outside of our windows. The price to clean the gutters was $100 less than another quote I had gotten, so I had them do the gutters and the windows. They showed up on time and did a very good job on both the gutters and windows! They also did a great job cleaning their mess, from cleaning the gutters, which can be a dirty job. I see they also do pressure washing I would have them do the gutters and windows again. I will also have them give me a quote to pressure wash our home!“

We had a 100 percent total renovation of our small, one bedroom villa at Mariner's Watch. For us, this was a major endeavor even though they're so many bigger, more luxurious places here on Kiawah. Sean and Patti made our stressful 9 month makeover seamless. Trying to navigate major decisions from 900 miles away took patience, endless emails and phone calls, and skillful suggestions as well as recommendations. So many circumstances beyond builders control effected our remodel. Sean and Patti shielded us as well as kept our interests first. Their team worked together as a well oiled machine.
