I have been going to Hilton Head Dermatology for over 15 years and am probably alive today because of their expertise. I have had upwards of 20 Mohs Surgeries two of which were Melanoma’s but fortunately caught early. The rest were a mixture of Squamous and basal cell carcinomas. Numerous skin grafts, some fairly significant like replacing a considerable amount of skin on my left nostril and the last melanoma required a rather large skin graft on the top of my head. Bottom line is they are highly qualified and I continually recommend their practice to all who are interested in high quality skin care.

They have excellent customer service and friendly attitudes. Callie is very thorough, and lets you know what's going on, which is very important. They make sure to follow up with you and follow through with future appointments, rather than making you have to navigate all of it alone.

I have gone here for over 25 years. The staff is amazing and above all very competent. As a light skinned man with a LOT of sun exposure I feel confident in their treatment and regular exams.
