“Unbelievable company. We had a complex issue with our AC unit and dealt with two other companies that couldn't figure out what was wrong while charging us for fixes that didn't work. Finally, I called Quality based on a recommendation. Quality's owner came out personally and inspected our unit to ensure we weren't charged for another unnecessary repair. Turns out, we needed a new unit. We got a GREAT price on our unit (maybe they felt bad for us), and it was installed that week. The install guys were great! Three weeks later, the unit wouldn't turn on. That same day, the owner came out and looked at it himself to find a frog had crawled inside the electrical control area (obviously not the fault of the install or manufacturer). I'm unbelievably thankful for the way Quality treated my family. I wouldn't work with anyone else.“

He went above and beyond my expectations for normal maintenance activities; sequencing his activities to minimize home entry and looking for/resolving extraneous system issues. He assisted with id of a problem with a tankless water heater and offered his expertise to get the issue resolved. We liked his predecessor (William), but Tavio has stepped in and seamlessly assumed the task at hand. Bragg is fortunate to have landed him in their organization!“
