We called Kimball’s on a Friday for some non-emergency plumbing projects that we wanted to get taken care of, they were able to schedule the work first thing Monday morning. James and Blake came to our house to do the work, they were very prompt, courteous, and completed the work in a timely manner.
We had a leaking kitchen sink Faucet so I called Kimballs. Spoke with Misty and she was awesome. Polite, courteous, and understanding. We set an appointment for the guys to come out today. Hailey left me a message yesterday confirming my appointment for this morning. Blake and James showed up on time looking sharp and shook my hand when I greeted them. They made no mess, were quick and got the job done in a reasonable time and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this local, family owned business. They were great.
