From start to finish the team at CoolRay provided me with excellent customer service and everything they promised me was delivered exactly on time. Alan is a man of integrity and stands behind his business. His office staff Emily and Brittany were very professional in the way the spoke with me every time. Kevin and Josh the mechanical pro's provide the onsite experience to make our system work the way it should (which it does now). I just don't know what else you could ask for from a company. I had 3 estimates for an upstairs and downstairs unit, CoolRay was by far the best cost effective option for us!
