“I had an excellent experience with this shop and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.
I contacted them about repairing a table that I had custom made in Europe. The table is very important to me, but unfortunately it had a small design flaw that needed to be corrected. Despite being contacted on short notice, he was willing to take on the job and immediately took the time to listen to my concerns and understand exactly what I wanted accomplished.
From the beginning, communication was excellent. He provided me with a clear timeline for the repair and kept me informed throughout the entire process, including sending photographs so I could see the progress along the way. That level of communication and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that the table was in good hands.
The repair was completed professionally and with obvious care for the original piece. Once finished, he also made sure the table was securely transported and delivered directly to my home.
It is increasingly difficult to find someone who combines skilled craftsmanship with reliability, communication, and genuine concern for the customer. This shop delivered on all of those things. I am extremely pleased with the finished result and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others”
