He explained the process and gave us a very fair bid and have the work done in one day. The 4 man crew arrived on time and started right off ripping out the carpet and tack straps. We moved most of the furniture but they moved the beds. They worked very fast and the flooring matched very well and integated perfectly with existing flooring. Crew arrived on time at 9am and we're cleaned up and furniture in place by 3pm. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend RiteRug for your flooring needs.“

“Blake took care of me, answered all my questions. He carefully loaded the materials onto my truck and helped balance it all out loading some into the cab. The install video QR code did not work on the box, and when I reached out they gave me a good helpful video for install. The flooring I purchased was not the easiest to install, but eventually I got the hang of it. And that is no fault of the branch itself, just me needing to learn to lay flooring. Good customer service. They called me when the flooring was in and were very transparent about the time frame and it possibly taking an additional week, but it came in when I was hoping. Again they cannot control the trucks so order ahead of time if you are under a time crunch. The manager was also able to get me a refund since the product went on an additional sale within the 30 days of me purchasing. I am very thankful for their quick response time and professionalism.“

Enter Zack, quickly called us back, came out and looked at our needs and said no worries, you can’t even tell where the repairs were made, absolutely great results and such a great young man!!!
