“Blake took care of me, answered all my questions. He carefully loaded the materials onto my truck and helped balance it all out loading some into the cab. The install video QR code did not work on the box, and when I reached out they gave me a good helpful video for install. The flooring I purchased was not the easiest to install, but eventually I got the hang of it. And that is no fault of the branch itself, just me needing to learn to lay flooring. Good customer service. They called me when the flooring was in and were very transparent about the time frame and it possibly taking an additional week, but it came in when I was hoping. Again they cannot control the trucks so order ahead of time if you are under a time crunch. The manager was also able to get me a refund since the product went on an additional sale within the 30 days of me purchasing. I am very thankful for their quick response time and professionalism.“
