TL Floor & Design - Upstate
“We had an unexpected shower leak that turned into an unplanned bathroom renovation, and Marina at TL Floor & Design - Upstate made the entire process so much easier.
Marina was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to understand what we needed, and even opened the store after hours to accommodate our schedule. She helped us find beautiful options that fit our budget without making us feel like we had to compromise on quality.
Not only did she guide us through selecting materials for the shower renovation, but once we saw how great everything looked, we decided to go ahead and update the tub area as well. She also connected us with an installer who did an amazing job!
What started as a stressful situation ended with a bathroom we absolutely love. We highly recommend Marina at TL Floor & Design - Upstate for her exceptional customer service, expertise, and commitment to helping customers find the right solution for their home.”
