I want to give a raving review for Michael’s Carpets, especially spotlighting Kevin H. A few years ago, I purchased carpet from them. Due to no fault of Michael’s, my children ended up destroying the carpet with food, drinks, and heavy traffic. When I called Kevin to explain the situation, he immediately jumped in to help me resolve the matter. Kevin’s solution was to replace the carpet free of charge. Michael’s truly stands behind their product and keeps their word. Kevin goes above and beyond to satisfy customers, and his dedication is unmatched. Thanks to Kevin, I’m a customer for life. Now that I’m in the market for new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, Kevin has definitely earned my business.
You can't go wrong with Michael's Carpet. Best affordable prices. great selections and quality carpet and flooring. I love my new carpet. Thanks to everyone especially Chris.
Shawn Vile was able to find the exact flooring needed to match the existing I had in order to replace the carpet in my home. He was quick and responsive with all questions and answers we had. The installers used, Alex and his crew, were absolutely amazing with the install. Both of these guys exceeded any expectation my wife or I had. Everything was ahead of schedule and smooth running. Out of all the experiences we have had, whether it be personal or business, this was by far the most pleasurable one! These guys are AWESOME!
