“I haven't had my hair touched in nearly 5 years. It was down to my butt, dead and badly needed done. I had another experience elsewhere with a pretty bad cut and color. Cece came in on her day off and worked absolute magic to get it fixed before a vacation.

She listens to you, she shows you pictures and makes sure she has an understanding of exactly what you want. She'll chat with you, but if you want that moment of silence, shes down for that. I have severe social anxiety and she made the entire experience a breeze. She asked me if I was comfortable, if she was hurting my head, if I needed anything.

I have been in the Charlotte area for 10 years and haven't taken the time for myself and my hair because I was scared I wouldn't find a stylist that suits me. Cece is it.

My neighbor Gabby has beautiful thick hair - and Mallory did a great job with her hair so I made an appointment. Mallory is the QUEEN of blondes???, super efficient, and has so much heart/empathy - she is chatty but also you have the freedom for quiet appointments with her also. Sometimes you need those. ?
