He is amazing at what he does and never ceases to produce a cut with results that are beyond perfect. He is personable, hilarious, and professional all at the same time. Not only does Dustin take pride in his work, he is passionate about it, and 100% wants you to be thrilled with your style. Even when I move away from Charlotte, I will be coming for a visit just so Dustin can cut and style my hair...or I will be begging him to do a pop-up appt in NYC. You won't find anyone better to be your stylist. He and several peers recently began their endeavor into entrepreneurship together with their own salon. That is where Salon 307 comes in. They are located the Ballantyne Salon Lofts, Loft #3. Parking is plentiful because it is located in the major shopping center. Their loft has a modern/industrial vibe, remains clean, and they will offer you beverages upon arrival. It is such a warm environment because not only will Dustin chat with you, but other people getting cuts or color, or other staff, make sure to interact with you. Salon 307 carries one of my FAVORITE hair product lines: Arrojo! These products are magic for curly hair. Additionally, Dustin has trained for years with Nick Arrojo and his stylists in NYC (fun fact). Goldwell products are also available for purchase.
