I had to wait 45 min even with an appointment. The facility was very clean and orderly. But once in it was an efficient process and very professional. The Dr that saw me was very good. I recommend Atrium urgent care.
The ability to schedule an appointment and avoid a long wait is awesome. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Facility was clean and welcoming. Medical staff was competent and efficient. Overall a very pleasant experience.
The staff at Atrium Health Urgent Care was excellent. I had a deeply imbedded finger splinter that took 30 minutes of digging and cutting to reach. Being one handed (at the time) I couldn't get at it. The Nurse Practitioner was patient and through as well as caring.
