Since I was a walk-in, there was a long wait. I recommend making an appointment if possible. But the staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The level of care I received was outstanding.

The courtesy, care, competence and compassion that I have witnessed at the Atrium Fort Mill Urgent Care has been second to none. It is extremely rare that you can go to a place 8-10 times and have every single person who deals with you be friendly, caring and knowledgeable. THAT is what I've experienced at this location. From the registration team to the medical team, every single person has been absolutely amazing . I will wait for whatever amount of time it takes to get into this location because I know my care will always be outstanding. I'm grateful!

The staff here is so accommodating and empathetic. They got our daughter right in on a Sunday morning, and we quickly found out she was positive for strep. They were very sweet and playful with her while properly diagnosing her and getting her on the correct meds. Huge stress relief and quick resolution after being up all night with a crying child. We appreciate you there!
