“Stella Nova Downtown is very much an upscale salon located at the Cigar Factory. They have a great selection of products as well as a wonderful atmosphere, which I was very impressed with, and the staff is very friendly. I was offered a glass of wine or a bottled water (served in a glass, which was a nice touch). Kyle, my hair designer, really listened to everything I said and knew exactly what I wanted. He went over everything that he was going to do before starting (which I very much appreciated) and the end result was an amazing haircut which I absolutely love! He gave me tips on styling my hair and recommended products that would be perfect for it.“
