Wow! Holly gave me such an incredible hearcut and I felt pamered throughout the entire experience. I'm obsessed with the end result and I'm happy to make this my go to hair salon. The staff was kind and accommodating!

(Please see edit) I went to this salon per a friend’s recommendation. Kayla was the stylist that worked on my hair. I got a haircut and balayage. The haircut was fine and average. The balayage was absolutely horrible and looked nothing like the photos I showed her that I wanted prior to her working on my hair. I was embarrassed to go in public it was so bad. I called the salon to complain and Kayla was supposed to reach out to set up a time to fix my hair. She did reach out but gave me only one time option and I let her know it was not a time that worked for me. We moved from New England and I had my routine there, including hair. It might seem silly, but I just wanted to continue to have a great stylist similar to that I'd become accustomed. I really hit the jackpot when I found Stox and found Samantha, by some miracle. A few years have gone by and it has been a flawless transition. She is a supreme listener, amazing stylist, and very qualified to help with specific color issues or other "hair worries". I highly recommend Stox for professional, timely and safe (even during Covid) services.
