I’ve seen people come in with a set budget and they were able to get serviced. You can talk to them about your wants and concerns. The workers here are always patient and caring. The owner recognizes me when I come in and I observed this with other people that were returning. During my last visit, I came in pregnant and they made sure I was comfortable. “I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 15+ years and I really never want to get them waxed. I was so happy I found Glam because the team does a great job with my eyebrows. Mine are thick and often unruly and the women who've done my eyebrows help me so much. I've tried other places because Glam is a bit of a drive for me, but I find I keep coming back. Consistently good quality and a good price. Eyebrow threading does hurt though! I recommend trying it though if you haven't, the shape is so much better than other methods.“

Fast forward to now—July 25, 2025—I booked Ms. Sophia again to do my single braids over my locs for my nursing school graduation, and let me tell you, I am absolutely IN LOVE with my hair! The braids are flawless and beautiful. I have been getting nonstop compliments on my hair. Most of all people are incredibly shocked that she braided my hair so amazing over my locs.

Only issue I could see with some, was the language barrier. We google translated our entire conversation from start to finish, which made it work.
She even washed and dried my hair and let me tell youuuuuu, she massaged my scalp and scratched it like no other.. lawd ?
She did an AMAZING job with my hair. We cut about 14 inches off, did layers and now it feels healthy again. I would recommend this place to anyone.“
