She was good with conversation great at make sure it looks good. I had no idea what I was going in for I just know I needed a haircut and let her know that and she gave me Her best recommendations and I went with those and I couldn’t be more happier with my experience while being here and with getting my haircut, my hair feels so much more healthy. It was awesome. They did a great job. “Chel was absolutely amazing! My friend and I walked in without an appointment, and she still made time to fit both of us in between clients. She was so knowledgeable about hair and immediately knew what would work best for us. She gave us the perfect haircuts and took the time to explain styling tips too. She even showed us how to curl our hair with a flat iron and recommended over-the-counter amino acids to help promote hair growth.

What honestly impressed me the most was how observant and knowledgeable she was. My friend is currently undergoing treatment for melanoma and has been dealing with extreme hair loss after being very sick recently. Even after speaking with doctors, she still hadn’t really gotten clear answers about what could be contributing to it. Within just a couple of minutes of examining her hair, Chel noticed signs that made her ask if she had been seriously sick lately and if she had been experiencing fevers or possible hormonal-related issues — all without knowing any of her health background beforehand. It was amazing to see how much experience and understanding she had just from working with hair and scalp health every day.

Only issue I could see with some, was the language barrier. We google translated our entire conversation from start to finish, which made it work.
She even washed and dried my hair and let me tell youuuuuu, she massaged my scalp and scratched it like no other.. lawd ?

“Every two weeks the hospital I work for treats a group of adolescents girls with hair appointments as part of basic life skills and necessities. Yesterday was June 19, and the hair school allowed us to set an appointment for these young ladies and we pull up on time and the doors were locked and the business was closed for the Juneteenth holiday.
