“Cody was extremely quick to respond & get us on his calendar after we had a serious pet urine issue. He came out within days & while here he treated the pet stain areas & we had him clean all of the carpets downstairs. He & his family were the ultimate professionals, kind, respectful & hard workers. When we needed a second pet urine treatment (it was a bad situation), he offered to come out at no charge to re-treat. The re-treat was more extensive than we anticipated, so we did pay him some additional to cover the cost. Now, we have zero urine smell in that area & all of our carpets are like new! Thanks Cody!!“

“Our vanity faucet line burst while away, causing to flood our master bathroom, bedroom, closet and foyer to flood. Serpro of Florence, which includes, Brian, Shawn,Key, JB, Billy, and Cam arrived the next morning and have been here for 11 days straight. They could not be any more professional!! Together they were a great team! They have been working with my ability to be here which has been upside down due to a normal busy routine mixed with helping a friend admitted to the hospital, now rehab and tending to her 10 cats. We are so very thankful for these guys !!!! It is good people who make a buisness succesful. Many business owners are not so lucky to have 6 great workers! So I guess the owners are impressive too! Thank you so much, hey can you tend to the cats too? Just kidding!
