“I had a small job and was worried that I couldn't find anyone to do the job.After looking on Google maps it seemed that all the companies stated roofer contractors and big jobs like metal roofs installers and so on:: I called 1st Maintenance and he said sure no problem, I was so glad and he came out the same day. The job was replacing roof cap shingles on my roof. He took time to go back and forth to make sure he had the right color to match my shingles to do the job correctly. He completed the job at a very reasonable price and I was so happy I wanted to give him a tip also.I would recommend this company for any size job although mine was a small job yours may not be --- just give them a call to compare!!!!“
