Our vanity faucet line burst while away, causing to flood our master bathroom, bedroom, closet and foyer to flood. Serpro of Florence, which includes, Brian, Shawn,Key, JB, Billy, and Cam arrived the next morning and have been here for 11 days straight. They could not be any more professional!! Together they were a great team! They have been working with my ability to be here which has been upside down due to a normal busy routine mixed with helping a friend admitted to the hospital, now rehab and tending to her 10 cats. We are so very thankful for these guys !!!! It is good people who make a buisness succesful. Many business owners are not so lucky to have 6 great workers! So I guess the owners are impressive too! Thank you so much, hey can you tend to the cats too? Just kidding!

Outstanding service by the cleanup crew, Billy and Key. They were very professional, easy to approach and ask questions about what they were doing, cleaned up at the end of the day before leaving, kept us informed about what they would have to pass on to their bosses as far as any possible issues with the cleanup. They helped ease some of the worries we had through the process. Hope the reconstruction crew follows in their footsteps, which will make the next phase easier for us.
Brent, Halle and Jabari returned our belongings today. The were prompt, friendly, patient and respectful of our belongings. The on-site crew is 5-star. The office staff has been my pain point and nearly impossible to contact throughout this process. I would like the company to make good on Landon’s promise for replacement cost
for the bathroom vanity broken during the remediation.
