My husband & I have been customers of Ben Franklin since 2017. Once again, they did not disappoint! We purchased a new dishwasher and needed to have it installed. Hallam did a beautiful job. It's not easy to install dishwashers with the limited space with which they have to work. I received a quick appointment after I called. Allison took great care of us. It looks great. It's working perfectly. AND I never worry, because I know from experience, Ben Franklin stands behind their work. If I have any issues, I know I will be able to call them and they will come out and fix them. However, I have never had to call them back to fix anything that they have worked on in the past. We have used them many times, as the plumbers our builder used have caused us a great many issues. We are grateful for the relationship we have established with a company that values their customers and stands behind their work. Thank you Ben Franklin!
We had an issue with our septic tank. I called Ben Franklin in Greenville on Friday. My first contact was with Traci. She was so friendly and helpful, easy to talk to and very accommodating. The issue with our septic tank was fairly urgent as we had a small backup. Travis was out to our home first thing Saturday morning. It wasn't long before he diagnosed there was a clog and it needed emptied. It was clearly apparent that Travis is well versed in his craft. He cleared the clog and within a period of less than 2 hours, we had a pumping truck at our home. C.J. went right to work. He emptied our septic tank and treated it. It isn't easy to find a good plumber. We hit the jackpot with Ben Franklin Plumbing. Travis answered every question we had, in addition to giving us helpful tips about caring for it. Information we were unaware of previously. The customer service at Ben Franklin is seriously on another level, in my opinion. Very few companies these days provide customer service at such a high level from first phone call to completion of the job. Travis even called later in the afternoon to make sure all work was completed and all was well!!! There is a real comfort level for us in now having a plumber that we trust to work on or in our home......they are now going into our speed dial.....Thank you all at Ben Franklin Plumbing Greenville.
