“I have been going to Mason Smith for 40 years and have received the best eye care and great service. However I am disappointed the practice has been taken over by Elevated Eye Care and the entire front office staff that knew me by name has been replaced. They took all my insurance info and never informed me they are no longer a VSP preferred provider. Never had a copay- after my annual check up I was informed I owed 50 dollars. Upon paying I was still not informed they were no longer a VSP preferred provider. --Poor staffing Dr. Smith rates 5 stares -staffing 1“
