Visiting Charleston and broke my glasses. Visited this store and was immediately greeted by Catherine. She was very friendly and helped me choose new frames. My glasses were ready in about 5 hours. I am quite happy with the results and Catherine was able to find discounts through my insurance. Satisfied and happy customer!

Dr. Bedell was very professional and thorough. He’s an awesome physician. Arnisha has excellent people skills. She did a work job assisting me with my frames, additions, and in making my decisions. She knows the products and is very articulate.

Got my eye exam done here really quickly and efficiently, was helped a lot by the workers like Josselyn and really helped me pick out a nice pair of glasses. Arnisha really helped with the whole checkout process and Really recommend this place as a first time visit ?
