I had the best experience at Lens Crafters this morning with the 3 most beautiful women who helped me before I even knew what I needed! The best part was they handed me glasses to try and got it perfect on the first try with both regular frames AND sunglasses! Unfortunately I can only remember Hannah & Arnisha’s names. You all are the best! You we’re so kind, helpful and know your stuff! It made things so easy! I can’t wait to pick up my glasses when they come in!!! Thanks so much!!! 😊
Great service. Wow, so happy with them. I’d been to 4 places trying to fix my glasses all to no avail, Lens Crafters Towne Center solved the problem on the spot with a smile.
This review is several months past due, but when I was visiting from out of town I ran out of contacts and so I stopped in to see if I could get more ordered. The store manager Arnisha Edwards was very welcoming and immediately greeted me and quickly helped me even while she was juggling multiple customers. I have been meaning to post this because it is so refreshing when you are warmly greeted and receive impeccable customer service. If you are local I would definitely go to this store.
