I had such an amazing experience picking out my new glasses at LensCrafters in Mount Pleasant. Saryia’s customer service was truly outstanding. I have always bought my glasses here, and have always been very pleased with my glasses. This experience with Saryia was extraordinary, and surpasses all my expectations. She had such patience with me, as I kept changing my mind about what I wanted. I thought I had decided on a frame, when I changed my mind, and she was so calm and patient with me. Gwendolyn was amazing. I came in with screenshots and she quickly found all of my pairs and even had some suggestions I hadn’t seen. It was probably my best visit where I didn’t spend more time looking which made making a decision super easy. Everyone else in the store was nice as well.
Arnisha was great and helped me get my glasses replaced! She informed me about the deals they had, and Gwendolyn kept the vibes super positive! I felt welcomed and left with some shades for the whole family!
