They are knowledgeable and professional and always go the extra mile.
Like many people, I started ordering my glasses from Warby Parker during the pandemic. I lived in south Florida at the time and I don’t even think there were any actual stores at that time anywhere close to me. Charleston is approximately a 3 hour drive for me but Alexia and Jenny always make it a worthwhile trip and I look forward to seeing them again next month1

I stopped at a Warby Parker bc I have heard of them and seen them on-line, but have never shopped them—I prefer to see the glasses in person, not just online (my age is showing)
I was on vacation so didn’t expect to buy glasses.
I was happy with their selection of frames, I saw different types of frames that I have not seen before.
But best of all was customer service- the young woman gave us the perfect level of attention, between she and my husband I had just the amount of help I needed. I bought 2 frames, when I didn’t think I’d buy any. I will have lenses put in them at my local dr.
Very good experience- they will ship the frames to me…
