Took my rx from a local ophthalmologist. They advertised two pairs for $85. I got special lenses. Cost $400 after insurance for one pair. I got the glasses and couldn't focus. The had to refract and examine me. Corrected vision better than 20/20. My examine elsewhere was incompetent. Friendly service.

We are visiting from Texas and my daughter lost her eyeglasses in the ocean. She did not have a spare and cannot see without glasses. We went to Eyeglass World to see if they could get her glasses the same day. I wasn't expecting much due to her difficult prescription, but they absolutely came through for us. They made her a pair in 15 minutes (they knew we had a scheduled tour of Fort Sumpter in 30 minutes and were dedicated to making sure that she could enjoy the tour). We returned in the afternoon for her second pair. Nor only did they quickly make her glasses, but they were the kindest and most helpful people. The customer service was top-notch. The employees of Mt Pleasant Eyeglass World were so friendly, helpful and kind. Particularly India who took time with me to be sure I was 100% satisfied and that my glasses were a perfect fit. I highly recommend this company.
