He told me over the phone what the issue was, was able to take it in that same day and fix it all within the week for only $200 and didn’t even try upcharging me for any component I didn’t need (For reference other companies quoted me $1000 trying to upgrade pieces I knew I didn’t need). He even told me to go with the cheapest option because anything more than that would be overkill and that was all I needed which I can applaud in a world where everybody wants to sell you the most expensive thing.
